Portfolio Division
 
The Portfolio Division is responsible for planning and managing the District’s real estate to achieve its highest and best use.  The division engages in activities such as lease administration; allocation of owned and leased properties to District agencies; property acquisition and disposition; fixed cost forecasting for District facilities and rent collection from entities leasing District-owned property.
 
Publications
 
District Facilities PlanThe District Facilities Plan provides an overview of all District of Columbia owned and leased space except for schools, libraries, residential properties and right-of-way. The Plan describes in detail the strategic priorities and vision that guide space utilization for office, industrial and special use space, and includes a five year program incorporating current projects and expected future projects.
