DCPS Excess Space (September 25 RFO) 

The Government of the District of Columbia, through the Office of Property Management now  invites eligible applicants to respond to a new Request For Offers (RFO)* with proposals for the reuse of the following District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) assets:

  • Backus Middle School
  • Clark Elementary School
  • Grimke Elementary School
  • Hine Junior High School
  • J. F. Cooke Elementary School
  • Keene School
  • Langston/Slater School
  • M.M. Washington High School
  • Randle Highlands Elementary School (historic 1911 school building only)
  • Rudolph Elementary School
  • Slowe Elementary School (unoccupied portion)
  • Stevens Elementary School
  • Taft Center
  • Young Elementary School

Proposals submitted in response to the July 11, 2008 RFEI do not count towards this RFO.  To be evaluated, eligible respondents must submit an offer in response to this RFO in accordance with its criteria.

Respondents are required to deliver their RFO submissions, and ten (10) printed copies, as well as a CD containing the response in an electronic format, to:
