Robin-Eve Jasper was named director of the Department of Real Estate Services (DRES) after previously serving as senior deputy director for the agency and chief of staff for the deputy mayor of planning and economic development. At the deputy mayor’s office, she assisted in the planning for the Government Centers and many other DRES-related projects.
Robin-Eve brings a wealth of real estate experience to DRES. As an attorney and experienced real estate professional, she has been involved in office and affordable housing development in Washington, DC. Over the last 15 years, she has served as vice president and general counsel at Jubilee Enterprise providing more than 1,000 units of affordable housing to residents of Southeast Washington, consulted to counties and educational institutions nationwide as vice president of Staubach Education and Municipal Services, worked with local developers to establish the NoMa Business Improvement District and assisted Greenebaum and Rose with office properties in Washington, DC and Maryland.
In addition, Robin-Eve was the Senior Director of the Fannie Mae Foundation DC Education Initiative focusing on support for DC Public Schools and Adult Literacy and started the Anacostia Waterfront Project for the DC Appleseed Center.
