The Facilities Division provides complete management and maintenance services for District government facilities, including over 100 District-owned properties. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of citywide janitorial and other facility contracts, maintenance of District-occupied office and warehouse space, building engineering,  landscaping, minor repairs and improvements, and postal services.
