Biography
Deron Lehman
Chief Operating Officer

Deron LehmanDeron Lehman oversees the daily operations of the Department of Real Estate Services (DRES) Office of the Director, including human resources, communications, legislative affairs, budget, policy and planning, customer service and performance management.

Deron has extensive knowledge of the District government, having worked for the Department of Human Resources, Department of Transportation and DC Lottery.  Before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer, Deron was DRES' Operations Manager, charged with both the day-to-day operational activities of the agency as well as long-range strategic planning and implementation.  In addition, he holds an MBA degree from the Robert Morris University.

Among his many accomplishments, Deron received the NAIC Star award for outstanding committee performance and led OPM’s operational planning for the 56th Presidential Inauguration.
